I'm surprised you need the drivers from MSI. I just built a new computer last month, and everything just worked. You might be able to find the drivers from the manufactures site as well.
Disabling wifi and bluetooth via BIOS, then re-enable on a different start. Tightening the wifi adapter cable to the IO slot on the back. Seems to be on securely. Power cycle - disconnect everything, turn off PSU, hold power button for 30 seconds, let it sit for 1 hour before plugging things back in and turning it back on.
The motherboard has been exposed to moisture. The motherboard does not work well or you can not get it work according to user guide. The motherboard has been dropped and damaged. The motherboard has obvious sign of breakage. ∙ Do not leave this motherboard in an environment above 60°C (140°F), it may damage the motherboard.
I have two different socket 1700 MSI motherboards, I have moved the CPU's from one to the other a few times, issues are following the motherboard's (slightly different issues on both), so could be the sockets (not the CPU's), I am going to take them into a shop next week as I don't have enough hardware to swap anymore things around get the CPU's tested in new motherboards.

Install the drivers that came with the motherboard CD; I even booted another windows 10 OS from another brand new SSD, and verified that the wifi still wasn't working. Also worth mentioning, the Wifi tile in windows 10 doesn't show up, while bluetooth works flawlessly.

1. Nov 21, 2023. #6. I also had the same issue (Wifi is working, bluetooth isn't). The Problem was that I didn't expected that a PCIe card also needs an USB cable. So for me the Solution was to connect the PCIe Card and the motherboard with the 9-Pin USB Cable. 0.
Go to Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices. Uncheck the box to disable Bluetooth. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS. Shutdown the Intel NUC. Remove the power cord from the Intel NUC, then reconnect it. Turn the Intel NUC back on and press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup again. Go to Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices.
